CONNECTION ISSUES WHEN MFA CODE ENABLED FOR EACH LOGIN
The CIBC Investor's Edge account may fail to sync daily and prompt you to "fix it" to re-enter credentials to have the sync. This issue is due to having the MFA code being prompted every time you sign on. If this option is enabled Wealthica will not be able to refresh your account.
To fix the issue, check your CIBC Preferences, under Change Security Contact Information, and disable the option to receive an MFA code on each login.
