PENDING NOTIFICATIONS IN HSBC ACCOUNT
We received a few syncing questions from users who are having issues connecting their HSBC account to Wealthica. We investigated and noticed that all users had pending notifications in their HSBC portal, which caused problems when syncing it in Wealthica.
If you experience similar connection issues, please check that all pending notifications are cleared in your HSBC portal, and then try syncing again in your Wealthica account.
