MOBILE APP ISSUE (SEPTEMBER 2ND 2020) @RESOLVED
Some users reported "Safari too many redirects" error on Wealthica Mobile when trying to connect Questrade.
TEMPORARY FIX : What we suggest is to try to connect Questrade to Wealthica on the desktop version of Wealthica, or on the. Mobile App, after you get the "Too many redirects" error, please hit the back button and try to authenticate again. The 2nd attempt should work.
This is a temporary workaround until we fix this in a new release of the Wealthica Mobile App.
API DOWNTIME (AUGUST 22ND 2020) @RESOLVED
We started having some issues with the Questrade API over the weekend. It seems to be related with some changes that Questrade deployed. We’ve escalated the issue to Questrade and are working hard on this. You can follow up on the issue in this Knowledge Base post or on Reddit (here).
QUESTWEALTH PORTFOLIOS DATA
Questrade's API doesn't provide data for Questwealth Portfolios. We are planning on adding support for Questwealth through credentials but there is no ETA yet.
AUTH PROCESS DEVICE NAME
In some case, the default device name in the authorization process contains invalid characters. To fix the issue, click the pen icon and rename the device to remove any invalid character like underscore.
API DOWNTIME (JUNE 5TH 2020) @RESOLVED
Questrade reported some API downtime. We are waiting for an ETA and estimated resolution time. In the meantime, refreshes and authenticating new accounts won't be available.
