RBC Online Banking is part of our "Expand" collection of connectors and relies on a third-party for the connection. Currently, the third party (Yodlee), only updates the account once a month for certain holdings under RBC Online banking, such as loans for example. 

If you only hold a loan in your RBC Online Banking account, the system may not sync before we can get new data (after about 30 days).
