SYNCING ISSUES (OCTOBER 1ST 2020) @RESOLVED
Today, several users started reporting connectivity issues with RBC Online Banking, although entering correct credentials. Please note that we did an investigation and escalated this issue to a third party, and we are actively working on a fix! Please expect it very soon! Thank you for your patience!
SYNCING ISSUES (MARCH 15TH, 2021)
RBC Online Banking is part of our "Expand" collection of connectors and relies on a third-party for the connection. Currently, the third party (Yodlee), only updates the account once a month for certain holdings under RBC Online banking, such as loans for example.
If you only hold a loan in your RBC Online Banking account, the system may not sync before we can get new data (after about 30 days).
