SPECIFIC INVESTMENT ACCOUNTS NOT UPDATING
We are aware of the issue where some Scotiabank investment accounts are not updating correctly. This affects only a small number of Scotiabank connections and doesn't seem to cause issues for banking accounts. We are in contact with our data provider Plaid, and they are working on it. We don't have an ETA at the moment.
If you are having issues connecting, please try deselecting the investment accounts during the +ADD institution flow.
