Virtual Broker has updated their security flow and is no longer asking for security questions. It will ask for a 2FA code. Unfortunately, there is no option to remember the device anywhere that can be used to bypass 2FA code once users authenticate during the account linking process. This means that daily syncs won’t work because it will always ask for a 2FA code on every login.
We recommend users to also use the email/SMS method to receive the 2FA code.
We have contacted CI Investment Services, which owns Virtual Broker, and requested they add a "remember me" option so connections can be maintained.
