DATA AVAILABILITY DELAYS (JUNE 1ST 2020)
Recently, it seems that Wealthsimple is experiencing some data update delays (2-3 days). The data does sync once it's reported through the API. Maybe it's related to the COVID-19 situation which puts lots of loads on the brokerage and financial services systems in general. We assume updates will be faster once the loads come back to normal. We suggest you report it to Wealthsimple and let them know about the situation.
Adding a 2nd Wealthsimple Account
To add a second Wealthsimple account your will need to logout from the previously connected account on Wealthsimple web site/portal. You can do so by going here https://my.wealthsimple.com and logging out. Once you are logged out, you can repeat the add investment process within Weathica.
Is Wealthsimple Cash data available?
Yes Wealthsimple Cash data is reported using the Wealthsimple connector along with the Invest data.
Is Wealthsimple Trade data available?
Wealthsimple Trade data is reported through the Wealthsimple Trade connector. You will need to connect both the Wealthsimple and Wealthsimple Trade connector to sync data from all Wealthsimple products.
